Story and characters were great as well.Vice City is not that great tho, has most of the same issues as GTA3 but a worse map and a ton of tedious grind in the second half with the businesses. I still consider it better than GTA3 though, maybe just because I'm more used to classic GTA now.

Ruffy and the Riverside has to be the weakest game on this list. It's not bad, just okay.The difficulty in the Armored Core games I played were all over the place in terms of difficulty.I want a 3D Minish Cap.
