>Claw machines and ticket games front and center>The real games are hidden in the back corner away from everything elseDo normalfags hate videogames? Who goes to an arcade to play shitty ticket games and claw machines? Don't they know that they can just buy the prizes online for a fraction of what they're going to spend trying to get it at the arcade?
>>742294448>Who goes to an arcade to play shitty ticket gamesExchange it for stuff and food>Who goes to an arcade to play shitty claw machinesGetting toys and plushies Simple as.
>>742294448>Do normalfags hate videogames? They always have. How are you just now figuring this out...
>>742294448Mario kart arcade is pretty tight. My favorite arcade game hydro thunder is rarely seen these days in arcades sadly
>the Let's Go Island and House of the Dead 4 machines in my Round 1 are old and broken>next time I go, they'll probably be replaced by Raw Thrills shit or repurposed mobile games
Gambling will always be a fruitful endeavor. You're throwing money in the fucking trash and lighting it on fire as a business owner by not focusing on gambling and gambling products.
>>742294448>Early 2000's arcade>Right in the center of the arcade is where all the DDR machines are located>Majority of them are all Asians who are playing all the songs on the highest difficulty
>>742294682This lol>>742294448Those shitty rigged claw machines and ticket machines make a lot of money. People like plushies and slot machines. The cattle mind ain’t like ours
>>742294924Now is a great time to get into Bemani games considering they're refreshing basically all of their machines except for iidx and sdvx. There's a US location test for Jubeat of all games
>>742294448normalfag tourists don't like fighting games or schmups. . . the actual hardcores don't go to these places that are freeplay (an issue in itself with kids hogging machines) in the hopes other hardcores will be there. Also no one wants to be around kids in general.Serious players are liable to just go to a friends house and play for free. This is known by the owners, so the Streetfighter 2's etc. are relegated to wallpaper just as memberberries.
>>742294448yes anon, it's because normal people hate video gamesit's definitely not because skee ball and claw machines full of stuffed animals also appeal to women and small children
At least claw machines have tangible rewards. Those stupid coin/marble drops are so lame. Also it is probably a noise issue because rhythm games are loud as fuck on top of the music they are always blasting through the whole arcade. If yours doesn't have a bunch of driving and mobile game port cabinets around I don't know what to tell you. Maybe yours just sucks ass.
>>742295231>shitting on skee ballWhat's next, are you too good for basketball freethrows and the punch bag?
>>742294448you can play videogames at home for a fraction of what you'd spend at an arcade too.
>>742294905MISS BEHAVE
>>742294448The one by me has the claw and gachas next to the main area you get the cards from and you top up. The games are front and center as soon as you enter the building and alone the entire back half of the place. I wish the rhythm games had louder speakers or something though, it's impossible to hear 90% of Taiko songs. The experience is totally worth the $3 per play though even if the drums need some better calibration.
>>742294448people love to gamble so prize machines make the most money
>>742295806Arcade games are not that expensive when you buy credits in bulk, you have to remember that you're basically renting the entire dedicated machine to play a game for 15-ish minutes.
>>742294448>No pizza and pitchers of beer with bench seating available>75% of the games are suck fucking osu ports, claw machines, and various species of gambling instead of 4 player Ninja Turtles Co-Op Experience Shakey's in its prime absolutely mogs the modern 202X arcade experience, and if they had not all tried to rebrand as sports bars with disgusting, rotting cesspool salad bars and reduced the pizza to frozen cardboard they would be filthy rich beyond their own wildest imaginations by simple virtue of having actual arcade cabs availablethe closest thing to fulfilling this niche is the Barcade, which is also cool but unfortunately less accessible playing Metal Slug, Galaga, Pac Man, beat em ups in general, light gun rail shooters, all of that could be even better with modern tech, yet companies are discouraged because the concept appears financially unsound which is incredibly lame, utility costs could be almost zero if they just used solar panels and power banks but because no one owns their own building they are never going to invest in this concept
>>742295707I didn't shit on anything, I said skee ball and claw machines ALSO appeal to women and kids
>>742296397When i tried to imagine and design an arcade concept my main problem was balancing the adult parents aspect of waiting for their kids, pitchers of beer was a thing along with great seating but due to the noise putting a TV with sports wasn't that reliable. How would you tackle that?>utility costs could be almost zero if they just used solar panels and power banksPanels are a meme right now due to initial costs combined with the return time coinciding with the re-investment of machines BUT i am using old data when arcades had new tech coming in old console generations (4-5 years)
>>742296397>No pizza and pitchers of beer with bench seating availableWhere do you live? Mine literally has an entire sit down restaurant in it in addition to a bowling alley. They don't do alcohol because that's retarded and you've never been to a Chuck-e-Cheese if you're saying that's a good idea.>75% of the games are suck fucking osu ports, claw machines, and various species of gambling instead of 4 player Ninja Turtles Co-Op Experience You have a terrible one then. Mine was filled with tons of rhythm games like DDR, Taiko, Groove Coaster, Beatmania, and a few other imported games from Japan that were absolutely packed with multiple people watching or playing them. For normal arcade games they had entire rows of various fighting games, a massive Space Invaders machine that was 4 player that people were on constantly, tons and tons of rail gun shooters both old and new particularly odd ones like the Halo one, and even carny games like the barketball throwing or the coin feeder one waiting for stuff to fall. The mobile game machines were very few and far between.
>>742299345I live in the midwest and have never seen anything like what you're describing. Are you out on the west coast? The east coast doesn't have anything like that either from what I've seen.
>>742299961Nope, same as you. A relative of mine has also gone to one in I think Wisconsin or Michigan which was roughly the same so it's not an isolated thing. I Googled some interiors of one from Wisconsin and it also has a bar in it so maybe it's a state-by-state basis. It could be that mall-oriented ones are also more bougie since some of the ones I'm Googling are toned down when not attached to malls.
>>742294448it's to keep the noise away from the boomers who just want to bowl and drink and moms who get the 'ick from anything vidya related
>>742295121No one played schmups more than once at arcades even in their prime.
What's the etiquette for hogging a machine? Look around after each credit and make sure nobody else wants to play before playing again?
>>742294905Every time I've tried that it felt like the rubber banding was cranked up to 11, and was actively slowing me downHated it
I would be playing IIDX every day if I had a Round1 near meFor now I only play BMS because IIDX data only runs at 60fps on my shitty PC, the 120hz lightning version won't get past the monitor test. But Lunatic Rave 2 runs uncapped. BMS is arguably better anyways tho
I went a couple days ago to go bowling but I was an idiot and didn't consider it was a Saturday, so the wait time was two hours. So instead I looked around for the Persona 3 Reload prizes, I normally just play light gun games but wanted to try the claw machines instead for once. Ended up winning a Felyne plush, couldn't get the Melynx plush or Poogie plushes to go along with it. The P3 MC plush was extremely popular and that claw machine was always populated. Was fun, but wish I could've bowled too.
>>742296742How are panels a meme? From what I can tell any building of sufficient size to house cabs has enough roof space, and while 10s of thousands to 6 figures is high cost, I would assume it would a loan you could pay off within 5-10 years of consistent operation as long as you grow consistently within the first few years>>742299345>>742300238I live in the largely urbania type situation, and leasing costs are high per square meter, Round Ones are often in larger complexes like malls and hoping to pick up the everyday shopper+kids in towI have in lived through the Chuck-E-Cheese era, and it was unfathomably based, a shame about the liability though in smaller more controlled environs they tend to work better. Part of the Chuck-E-Cheese dilemma is that it was marketed for young (ages 6-11) children and often located near freeway offramps (lower average income) which is just begging for all the unrestrained parental negligence normally kept inside pandora's briefcaseI was picturing something marketed for adult to pre-adult humans who will not bring their deeply unhappy parental figures who don't want to be there and just paying for a reasonable amount of security if the occasion was necessary

>>742294448this faggot takes arcades seriously lmfaoooo wtf
>>742300814I enjoy playing IIDX on a cab way more than BMS, pirated data, and Infinitas. The cabs are built for abuse and are super study compared to my desk. If I had a set up that mimicked real cab dimensions I would enjoy them more though.
>>742300964>Part of the Chuck-E-Cheese dilemma is that it was marketed for young (ages 6-11) children and often located near freeway offramps (lower average income) which is just begging for all the unrestrained parental negligence normally kept inside pandora's briefcaseRound1 is marketed the same way and by putting it inside of malls they pull in the same riffraff. The one I went to had two to three security guards located at the entrance and exit (I think they were armed, or at least they held themselves like they were) while they had at least two security guards walking through the aisles every 10ish minutes. There were tons of families there with their kids, tons of young adults with their friends, some 30ish year old people, and then completely bewildered grandparents with their nieces and nephews. It's not child-oriented since a lot of the games are designed around teens and adults but it still is a place where kids are expected.
>>742301252For some reason all of the Round1s around me are placed in dying malls with a substantial riffraff population. I guess rent is cheaper but I wish it was more safe to stay out until they closed.
>>742301213>The cabs are built for abuseThe Omron VX switches are pretty aids though. They start double-firing within weeks for me and I can't imagine they're any better on a public machine

Anons, I'm going to round 1 for the first time this week. What should I play?
there's a bowling alley near me that used to have an arcade but im afraid to go in there and see if it still has one
Me and my cousin are autistic as fuck and stood there for 40 minutes beating Time Crisis 2. Usually a couple will play a credit or two and give up so there are lines usually short but we decided to beat it and there were 12 people waiting behind us curing us out
>out with normie friends>they blow 100 bucks on gambling by the time I run through 5 dollars on rhythm games and want to leaveThese Barcades fucking suck
>>742300964Panels got hideously expensive in the last 6 years and most states require you (at least in incorporated non-agriculturally zoned areas) to hook them up to the grid and pay for electricity from a utility then accept a "refund" for your generated electricity that's a minuscule fraction of what they charge you (in california it's 10%, and they're a PRO-solar state) so unless you also invest in a massive battery system you will never, ever actually save money with solar. People started actually getting solar after years of climate screaming and electric utilities freaked the fuck out and spent billions lobbying to get states to pass laws making it so they'd profit from them rather than consumers. Now you pay for the panels and the land/buildings they go on, then the electric company takes the power and sells it back to you.
>>742302680There were four bowling alleys near me.>1. Bowlero: party venue, expensive as fuck>2. Round 1: Arcade, prices aren't extreme but still up there, people mostly come here to goof off and have fun>3. Hole-in-the-wall bowling alley: Inexpensive, but right next to the wrong side of town. Populated by competitive bowlers practicing, nobody speaks there>4. Bowling alley at my college: Very inexpensive, easy access, several lanes are cursed, lightly populated, but also the place closed down for renovations for yearsMan it sucks to bowl nowadays.
>go on trips to Vegas and Orlando>find awesome arcades where you just pay an upfront cost to enter with all the machines on free play>wide variety of cool games, like fighters, rhythm games, racers, classic cabinets, and stuff like skeeball but just set up for the fun of it>go back home>the only arcades in the area are either Raw Thrills and ticket games only, or tiny barcades with the machines set to 50 cents or a dollar for a single credit even on basic ass machines
>>742294448>Do normalfags hate videogames? It's just that regular arcade games are unfair and they get nothing out of it. The people who own arcades rig their machine to the highest difficulty so you essentially pay to lose.
Do they even make new arcade games or are thay cabinets from 20-30 years ago?
>>742295121>schmupsI don't know if it counts as a shmup but I have very dear and nostalgic memories of playing the Metal Slug cabinet as an adolescent.
>>742302743A full playthrough of TC2 takes like 15 minutes
US Round 1 doesn't even have international Chunithm. Also no ONGEKI. Garbage. I don't want to play grandpa rhythm games with outdated mechanics made 20+ years ago.
claw machines are great when you're on a date trying to win the girl something. i'm sure you know all about that already, though, right?
>>742303120>arcades where you just pay an upfront cost to enter with all the machines on free playwhich arcades are like that?
>>742303036There's deep dives on the state of bowling.
>>742294448I'm glad they do because there's always trannies hogging up the rhythm games and I can play the crane games with my kid without him seeing those unsightly eyesores
>>742303760The ones I went to and highly recommend were Game Nest in Las Vegas, and Arcade Monsters in Orlando. There's also the Galloping Ghost, the most famous arcade of this type, if you're willing to brave the lawless wastes of Chicago.
Mine puts the rhythm games and ticket games right in front, claw machines after that, then shitty dave and busters style games in the back.
>>742294448Problem with modern arcades in the west is their location and the people that frequent them.If they're outside the cities you have to drive to them which is annoying and prevents spontaneity, it's probably really expensive and not that cozy, building compound with industrial feel of "we're just here to take your money".If they're inside the cities then they'll be frequented by violent nogs and other nons who are up to no good and being loud, the place will be cramped and the bars will be filled with smug people who don't even play video games and are just there for expensive drinks and shitty pizza.Overall, arcades suck unless they're hidden in an alleyway and only frequented by real gaymers.
arcades were the original dark patterns in video games.you have to hook the paypigs attention early with the best gambleslop
>tfw there's always three faggots hovered around the Sound Voltex machineI'm going to get into a fight next time I go
I know someone who went to a Round-1 recently. They asked what one of the machines' payout was and one of the managers there refused to answer at all and just instructed them to spend more money. They said the machine was "easy" and that 30% of people who played it won something.Obviously that wasn't the case - when asked to clarify this, they doubled down and just insisted on them playing (spending) on it.They got complained about. That person probably no longer has a job there.Either way, I don't think that customer is coming back.
>>742294448there's a round1 arcade a couple hours away from me. I've been thinking of going to play a Wangan midnight game. is it worth the drive?
>>742303580no it doesn't
>>742304825>Playing the game specifically designed for babbies that can't into IIDX>Surprised at the fact that faggots frequent it Play a real game

>>742304946>tfw too tall to play 2dicks standing up >have to hope I can find a stoolThat being said I have an ASC + data for both IIDX and SDVX, so I only go once in a while. My local Round 1's rhythm games are crawling with obnoxious, smelly furries. Even on weekdays, they hover near all the bemani. Then they go to the H Mart next door and annoy people there too.
>>742304825There is this one faggot at my local round 1 claiming he is the best NA sound voltex player when his friend plays the knob for him.
>>742304558The best arcades are the private ones that you can only find if you know where to look. Having to ask the owner to open the place is kind of annoying but it's worth it when you get to play on meticulously maintained cabs all day for $0.00. The only "downside" is that they don't have food.
>>742304119Haha, this sucks.
>>742305227just remembered there are near-homeless jeets all over the claw machines trying to pull indian scams they saw on social media and eventually get kicked out. I have no idea how but they've tailed me and my gf as she racked up sonic and pokemon plushies
>>742304825weird i see four faggots
>>742304885>Wangan MidnightNo. It's fun but not worth the 2 hour drive just for an old version of WMMT. Round1 is only good for their relatively up-to-date rhythm game selection.
>>742305314>his friend plays the knob for him.And what do they do when they play Voltex?
>>742294448>the dark corner where obscure japanese rhythm games are and somehow everything is really loud and also barely audible like the speakers are on super lowNow we're gaming
>>742305701heh I was thinking along the same lines
>>742302648It's on a case-by-case basis of what you even have available but if you're not gonna be playing rhythm games it's mostly going to be rail gun stuff and fighting games mixed with mobile games on giant screens. In my opinion you should be into rhythm games if you plan on going there because that's the main draw. You should also be aware of their credit system because $20 is like 80ish credits and some of the games get to be ridiculous. I think the Halo game was like 14? 16? House of the Dead was 13. Taiko was like 6 or 8 per 3 songs. The photo booth was like 30 if you want to do that and get Naruto or Ichigo slapped onto random pictures. Gacha and claw machines were anywhere from 12 to 18 per play and I don't believe it was more than one grab but I didn't try them. The carny games were a mix of fairly cheap (Hoop shooting, the coin dropping one, life-sized Hungry Hungry Hippos, etc.) at like 6-8 per play up to 16-18ish for airsoft target shooting. You also have to pay to activate the cards. $2 for the Round1 cards and $4 more if they're themed, $6 for Banapasses, and I believe they had a few other company cards on hand but I only primarily went there for Taiko so I just needed a Banapass. You also can't transfer your credits to another Round1 card according to the guy so if you want more than one themed card be aware of that. They had MHA, Gintama, P3R, a generic one, I think a Miku one, and one other one when I went.
>>742305748Every time I wander around there I see some asian guys absolutely going at it on the rhythm games and I always wonder, did they get that good from practicing at the cabinet game, or was there a home console release of this obscure rhythm game I've never heard of that requires you to perform arcane hand signs to complete, that lets you get good at it?
It's kind of obvious. People go to arcades to do the things they can't really do at home.So the more an arcade game resembles a traditional vidya, the less popular it's going to be at an arcade. Instead expect stuff like dance games, because dance machines are impractical to have at home or stuff that involves winning physical shit, like the claw machine games you can see in OP's pic.
>Go to the back of the local Round 1>Every single time without fail it's only a bunch of fat troons hogging the rhythm games
>>742305904let me guessHicksville?
I've been to an arcade a couple times but I've never spent money on them. I can't bring myself to perpetuate the hundreds of different "tactics" they have to be "sneaky" and "trick" me into spending more money. The entire setup is just done with ill intent knowing that 90% of their target audience doesn't know any better.
when i was a kid in the early 00s my grandpa worked at an arcade in a strip mall and he and my boss would give me unlimited tokens if i scrubbed the pool tables and emptied the ashtrays always wound up playing tekken for hours on end
>>742294448Put the family friendly gambling games in the front to welcome in women and kids who are in the mall shopping. Leave the sweaty games in the back. Hard-core gamers will walk the extra distance since the arcade is the destination.
>>742294448The idea of having a bunch of claw and prize machines imported from Japan is a cool idea, but the problem is that they only stuff them with a bunch of trendy normalfag slop>MHA>Spy x Family>JJK>ReZero>Etc.
>>742306187Did you really expect them to put some 1 cour season of an anime stuff in there? They're not in Japan getting these things, they have to import them and it needs to be something most people know.

>>742295231Nintendo will like to have a word with you. Also these places need to adopt MiSTer cades, license out the roms and have that be the default.Chuck's Arcade sort of did this with PC based emulation but almost everything in that used Hamster's Arcade Archives (based on the PS4/5 versions) as the bases for said PC based arcade boards (Donkey Kong and by now Donkey Kong Jr. Donkey Kong 3, Punch Out, Super Punch Out and Mario Bros excluded as that uses a fresh X86/64 emulator made by Nintendo NERD originally designed for the Nintendo Museum in Kyoto) but thats software emulation rather then hardware emulation like what MiSTer does. The western produced games such as those from Warner Bros (Midway, Williams, post-1984 Atari) and Atari (pre-1984) are emulated by Digital Eclipse, the WB stuff is freshly made just for Chuck's Arcade while the Atari stuff is from the Atari 50 release (it was already on Windows so it's just giving each game it's own physical cabinet since said arcade boards are X86/64 based anyway). The arcade cabinets all use OLED panels due to their ultra low lag rate so thats nice.
>>742306261>Did you really expect them to put some 1 cour season of an anime stuff in there?YesRound 1 should appeal to me and me only
>>742306391based solipsist would be more based if you wanted them to cater to me though.

>>742306549nobody with a functioning dick knows what any of that troonslop is
>>742294448It's likely the same strategy as grocery/supermarkets like Walmart uses. They know you want the really cool arcades and games. If you're going there to play them, you're going to walk to them. That leaves an issue. Most marketing research shows that items which are seen more, get bought more, even if there wasn't as much interest in them before. If they placed the arcades/games at the front "because that's what people want," then you're never going to see all that garbage slop.So they place it at the back. That means you need to walk and see all the stuff that will potentially tempt you between the front and back. It may not even work, but hell, it's worth a shot in their eyes. Same reason why Walmart places its dairy, baby supplies, tech, and automobile stuff in the very back. Those are very hot commodity items that they know people will walk to, so they're going to make you walk through all the less popular stuff so you can potentially by that shit instead.
>>742305816I have the Persona 3 Reload card. There was a Hunter x Hunter card available a few weeks back, but it was of the manga's cover instead of the obvious thing, making it into a hunter's license.

>>742306774arcades that serve any food or drink arent arcades theyre söy daycares
>>742305846The secret answer that nobody wants you to know is that 99% of good rhythm game players are also playing it at home on a simulator or (more likely) pirated game data. The reason why you go to the arcade is to play on a real cab and set real scores on the server that everyone else can see. You can also record and post pictures of you playing/game scores. Unlike other parts of the industry, arcade divisions do actually give a shit if you're playing on pirated data and they will fuck everyone over in order to stop it. Tons of projects have been shut down because Bemani/Sega/Bamco caught on to what people were doing threatened legal action.
>>742306187I like One Piece though
>>742294448These places are pure evil. They're specifically made to get kids hooked on gambling whlie their brains are still developing. Honestly I'm not even sure how they're legal
>>742306751I was thinking about the P3R one but it being vertical was just "meh" to me so I ignored it. They also had a Moomin card.>>742302648Oh, and don't touch the "Unlimited play" deal. Even the clerk warned me against paying for it because it was like $20 and only a very select few games are marked to even allow it so it's not worth your money at all.
>>742294448Game Arcade being back would be a net positive for the world, people could make friends there, which is why they won't return.
>>742306350If I wanted to play emulated games, I'd stay at home and play them on my PC for free.
>>742306869>arcades should have 5'5 ft clearance roof maximum>lights as low as possible to conserve electricity>cabs crammed together as tight and close as possible to form tunnels >no bathroom so you have to piss yourself if you want to camp a cab>concrete floors because carpets are frivolous expense that workers would have to scrub urine out of all day, better for it to just pool in the cracksbased goblino gamer, we need to take arcades back to their utilitarian peak

Still has the same problem as every other arcade in america NO ONE who plays games actually goes to them. You have to bring your friends to find anyone to play with. Also no talking because you can't hear shit.
>>742307293Austin is pretty much for hipster burger diner meme.
>>742306869Reaching, honestly
there are good arcades out there. the best focus on pinball.
>>742305816Cheers ty
How much are Round1 credits these days anyways?
>>742311747The "best deal" is 300 for $55 but the games themselves are expensive as af
>>742311747It was $10 for 40 about a month or so back with an "Unlimited" day pass for $20 but basically nothing counts towards it to play on. Most serious games you sit in one spot for 15+ minutes are like 10-14, the rhythm games are on the lower end of like 6-8 but you get about two or three full song plays (6-10ish minutes range), the gachas/crane games are like 8-14 per attempt but I don't know if you get multiple attempts or not, and then the carny games were cheaper at like 6-12 depending how intricate they are.Something like that, I didn't pay that much attention to the prices outside of the light gun games and rhythm games since the rest I looked at in passing.
>>742296397My Round 1 has serviceable pizza and overpriced alcohol from a full service bar, but I'm usually geeked out on adderall playing the rhythm games so no booze for me. Or food for that matter.
i won a rice cooker from dave and busters almost 20 years ago now and i still have it
>>742312513What a depressing image!
>>742306869>he can't type ꜱoy
>>742295017>Played DDR 20 years ago at a mall arcade>I'm fat>I was stomping on the arrows a bit too hard>I turn and see a crowd>I thought they were watching me play but they actually came to see where the earthquake was coming fromDamn light-as-a-feather Asians.
>>742300948I won a Crash Bandicoot plush from a crane once. Only time I ever won from those damn things.
>>742302743>curing us outHow nice to give you heals while you play
>>742299961East coast 100% has Round 1's like what that anon described>t. East Coaster
Speaking of arcades, I was looking to make a barter arcade cabinet and was shopping around for parts and such, but decided it was a lot of money for something like that. Then I found this switch 1/2 accessory on Amazon for $60.Honestly, better than those plug and play neogeo controllers that cost just as much.
>>742294448Do you want the normalfags discovering the cool shit? Sounds like you should thank the claw machine
>>742313285holy larp
>>742294448Yes they do hate video games
>>742294448I don't mind ticketslop games but.. Could we at least have some real arcade games? And not all these mobile games with giant screens?
>>742294448Every time I go there, there are far more people playing the standard arcade offerings, even the non-ticket machines over the claw machines.I've gotten pretty good at the rubber band and cylinder claw games but my house is filling up with CSM and Frieren merchandise.
>>742306751I had a standard card for the longest time but last time I went, while playing a machine I put my hand on top of it for support and I found a Chainsawman Reze card with 200 credits on it.Thinking about making it my main card but I'd be afraid if the staff knows I wasn't the one who bought it
>>742316165based
>>742294448>Do normalfags hate videogames?Yes. Seeing HEY in Akihabara slowly be cannibalized by god damn claw machines makes my blood fucking boil. I'm there to play danmaku, my favorites beat em ups, kinnikuman gp, and racing games. Normalfags shouldn't even be in the same building. In fact, they should exit this plane of existence.
>>742317370gigo just had to sell gigo 1 which was the normalfag claw machine one so idk what's going.im incredibly jelly if you get to play at HEY regularly
>>742300698>No one played schmups more than once at arcades even in their prime.I have several 1 credit clears at real arcades. I don't think I'll beat Daioujou until im an old man though.https://www.youtube.com/shorts/GuVSd9CJyeUhttps://www.youtube.com/shorts/aS1b9X39UoI
>>742317451I go to japan every 6-9 months and spend a lot of time between parties and eating at HEY. Here are some of my clears. >>742317458I'll be back there in a few months and can't wait to check out the CAVE shop.
>>742294448Heard so much great shit about this chain only to find out it's just Dave and Busters but with anime plushies in a claw machine and a bowling alley. Fucking lame
>>742294448the rhythm game section at mine is always filled asian people 24/7
