Fuck yes. My favorite Wii game, at least. It's everything a Wii shooter should be: No waggle gimmicks, just point and shoot. The main gimmick is that you can deflect enemy projectiles and return to sender. There's A LOT of variety to the game, from set-piece battles to perspective changes a la NieR. Treasure came up with a new idea every few minutes; no segment overstays its welcome. It's like $40-50 now, fairly cheap for a classic Treasure game. But pirate it if you have to, you just need to experience it, legally or not.

I'd suggest Fragile Dreams: Farewell Ruins of the Moon, Lost in Shadow, Blast Works: Build Trade Destroy, Castle of Shikigami 3, and it's still the best way to experience No More Heroes.

I have a ps5 controller for that but it's not as good as mouse for arcade shooters.
gyro is much better for FPS games where the camera actually moves with your aim.
