What will be the first Switch 2 game to be rereleased as "This time it isn't a key card?"
I'm waiting for Pokopia and DMC5.
Physical memory cards should be $20 more
You have been able to buy all 3 of the newer crystal dynamics TR games with all their DLC on steam and ps5 / xsx for like $10 or less for the last 2-3+ years. Switchtards will literally pay full price for just the first of those games which is arguably the shortest / least interesting one as the tombs all suck in that game. Embarrassing.
>includes bookletlmao this used to be standard for all games now it's some kind of marketed special unicorn feature.
>>742299797The Game Key Card fiasco has basically assured Limited Run Games will be not be going out of business any time soon unless they find some way to fuck them up.
>>742299797I rather buy digital than giving a single cent to limited run scam
>>742300234You've been able to buy all of Limited Run's Switch 2 releases for cheaper from Japan so far.I'll never give that shit company a single cent. When they got wind of some of the superior Japanese releases they threatened the Asian retailers to cancel all international orders. Pathetic butthurt faggots, as if people knowledgeable enough to order from Japan don't know how to use a proxy address.
>>742299797I'm waiting for Pokopia
>Limited Runinto the trash it goes
probably some C-list game from a AAA publisher reprinted by limited run a few years after the initial release>chocobo's buttfuck adventure is FINALLY complete on the card!it sounds like nintendo is currently unwilling to let you make normal and key card SKUs of the same game in the same region but lets you vary it between regions so it will probably be a japanese game that was too niche to get even a key card release in the west
remember when limited run games announced they were making a complete on the cartridge version of wolfenstein 2 for switch 1 and then for no apparent reason waited years to release it until the switch 2 was out and no one wanted it anymorethat was funny
>>742299797>Limited RunYou ain't gonna see it until 22 months after it releases. And it'll be on ebay.
>>742300081It launched at $20. I hate a lot of stuff but the prices weren't bad
>>742301308>Buy them for cheaper because of dollar to yen >Have to pay $20+ in shipping since costs never went down post covid>Plus equal that in trump tax tariffs which still haven't gone awayWhatever you save for the first part, gets wiped out by the latter two. Just look at importing amiibos where you end up paying the same either way.
>>742304795to be fair that's only if you buy their retarded plastic crap collector's editions, if you just buy the game it takes more like 6-10 monthsstill longer than it should take but livable
>>742305685tariffs went away a while ago.i've heard there's some new gay shit for figures but video games should be fine.
>>742299797hey no key c->limited runwelp...
isn't it kinda weird they made a bunch of nu-tomb raider games and they were all completely irrelevant and forgotten immediately?like just from making bad remasters of the PS1 games the series skyrocketed in popularity and the three or four AAA games they made were ignored like a wet fart
>>742305685You don't get hit by tariffs in any meaningful way because every single one of these companies either uses a shipping service that absorbs a brunt of the cost through some deal or a very small percentage (Like 1%) is added onto your shipping cost and that's it. Japanese shipping is disgustingly expensive ever since Covid, but places like some of the Canadian game stores that handle imports, some of the European-based limited run companies, and Play-Asia have shipping agreements that seem to know a way to lower the tariff cost as much as possible on your end.
>>742299797Great news, Pokopia and all the Square games for shure!
>>742307353are you fr or just baiting, bc pokopia is the only non-physical game that i'm interested in
I would buy Bravely Default and Yakuza 0
>>742299797Limited run will probably produce a bunch of "look this time its actually a cart" on sw2
Is this port still fucked up?
>>742309009No, they fixed it like a month ago
>>742306709The first one got a lot of attention back in 2013 all the sequels were kinda just more of the same
>>742299797I want to say Pokopia but normies are buying it not knowing/caring.
>>742309104it doesn't even make sense as a physical game because it's the most "pick up and play whenever for a short bit" genre but i get you, it'd be nice to have consistency among Nintendo games at least, it's the only one
