So apparently according to the ESA it is now illegal for you to make a private server for a game you and your friends legally purchased using the very in game options Microsoft provides you with. Not cracked servers or pirated and hacked clients, just a regular private server between you and your friend. ESA thinks thats the same as stealing the game.
