This flew under the radar because it was a trivial feature, but in the original Vita release of Neptunia Re;Birth 3, there was a Plan unlocked after jumping 100 times with a character that effectively unlocked the camera when viewing them in the equipment menu, allowing you to get a full view of their panties by panning across the Vita touchscreen. This feature also exists in the PC versions, but requires a compatible mouse with scroll wheel as for some reason Compile Heart/IFI forgot to map it to game pads.However, it has been discovered that in the Nintendo Switch version of Re;Birth 3, this Plan does not exist. Presumably it would have worked the same way it did in the Vita version, by using the Switch touchscreen to pan the camera underneath the character, but it looks like Nintendo said no as the feature was quietly removed. This fits a pattern of similar features in other games being neutered or removed. Nintendo seems to have become ultra anal about any use of their touchscreen for "perverted" purposes and this applies regardless of region as the Asia-English version of Re;Birth 3 was affected despite the western releases already being canceled.

This was the case in the original Vita releases as well as the PC releases. However, as you can see, in the modern console ports, the Plan seems to be gone entirely and replaced with a generic stat increase.
