It's going for the less serious tone of the original manga but with all the action. I'm genuinely pumped for it.>>742486589It's fantastic. I watched it when it was airing a kid and even without understanding what was going on, all I cared about was the cool action, the nice aesthetics and how hot Major was. Now that I'm older, I really see how good the writing is in the show. There's a lot of gravity to everything going on but just as much levity and you can feel the chemistry between each of the members of Section 9 is genuine and authentic in addition to everything I listed before.I still love this show so much in addition to all those 2000s era anime shows with that style and substance, cool action and hot babes like Witch Hunter Robin, FLCL, Fullmetal Alchemist and even TTGL. Shit is iconic.
