One of the main hook is levelling up your items by going in their roguelite dungeons to capture stat up characters and moving them to your equipment and getting stronger equipment and repeating the cycle. The main game campaign is set maps you can replay as much as you like to find better and more efficent strategies.For mages, you need to have all 3 different elemental type mages to unlock later mage classes, so start with expendable 3 mages and put effort in later stronger mages. You also unlock other classes by levelling up in your default classes or reaching certain profiency in weapons so experiment a lot

To this day, i still don't really get it, how can a tactical RPG, a game where strategizing and outsmarting the enemies should be the key, be based on grinding?
