>>742704173The Gen 3 rival is probably the worst one, I get that they wanted to do the bait and switch with Wally but the delivery felt flat in Gen 3, this was best realized in Gen 6 (As well as the other rival with a final friendly match at the end), maybe could've also given him the third starter or some shit or have him have a bit more relevance in the game after beating his ass in Watson's gym, after that, they all just feel like the SAME shit, every one of them,and I mean the "main" rival, not the other mean one that shows up in some games.
