Steam deck's CPU is roughly 5-8x faster than the PS4. Remember, emulator performance is basically locked to your single core performance so you could have 9999 cores and it would only give a shit about one of them.

It also takes roughly 3 years to get a functional emulator. Shadps4 started in 2022. It's 2026 now.

Claude can help you write existing code, but if you don't know what you want to write it won't do shit.
