>oh yeah... That happened
>>
Actually it hasn't happened
>>
what is that
>>
demo was not a good first impression
>>
>>743239526
I wish it was open world. I simply can't enjoy linear games anymore.
>>
>>743239620
is dark souls 1 open world to you
>>
>>743239573
My only problem was difficulty and enemy aggression which can be fixed easily
>>
>>743239651
I could still enjoy linear games in 2011
>>
>>743239684
is dark souls 1 linear to you?
>>
>>743239573
honestly killed my hype
>>
>>743239573
It made me lose all interest in the game
>>
>>743239526
That's not Jean Reno
>>
>>743239573
The demo convinced me to wait for a sale. It's not bad, but it's definitely not very good either.
>>
>>743239526
Im just waiting to see if you can rebind controls in game. If not I'll wait for a big sale.
>>
>>743239526
Pragamata was exactly what I've been asking for:
>make PS2 games forever, please
So I'm excited for Onimusha as long as it isn't:
>focus, M
>>
>>743239620
fucking faggot
you are the reason we have open world garbage with zero meaningful content
>>
>>743245851
Imagine only being able to enjoy games when they're literally a surrogate job. Couldn't be me.
>>
>>743242883
You’ve been asking for games with enemy design so fucking shit that it’s brain dead?
>>
>>743239526
Gots it pre ordered
luv me samurai fighting demons games
>>
Of all the Sword games this year this is the one I care about the least. Phantom Blade 0 and Beast of Reincarnation are up higher for me.
>>
>>743248089
Name one game other than F.E.A.R. with complex enemy behaviors.
>>
>>743239652
>difficulty and enemy aggression which can be fixed easily
I'm not totally convinced of that but hopefully I'm wrong. The core of the combat looked really cool.
>>
>>743248303
Silly anon, don't you know the Chinese aren't good at designing content (levels and encounters).
Sure, they can make pretty games that are occasionally acceptable to press buttons in, but they've never made anything actually fun to play through.

>I'm not totally convinced of that but hopefully I'm wrong.
Never played a Capcom game, huh?
Their standard difficulties are for normalfags. They always design enemies to be faster and less forgiving on the actual difficulties.
>>
>>743248514
It has been a while for me, yeah, the "action" difficulty in the demo was so trivial I kind of discarded the possibility mentally.

I didn't think....
>>
>>743239526
I think you meant to post Phantom Blade
>>
>>743248303
I feel pretty confident this game will be better received than both.
>>
>>743239526
Go woke
Go broke
>>
>>743249312
The demo was received poorly
>>
>>743249707
It absolutely was not. Everyone who played it liked it. The only complaint was the difficulty which the director said will be a none issue when it launches. They also just moved the games release date up. That shows confidence.
>>
>>743249959
lol
>>
>>743250014
Imagine thinking a random chink game or a fucking Game Freak game will outdo Capcom. The only delusional one here is you.
>>
Never played any of the Onimusha games as a kid, so this was my first try and I was very unimpressed by the demo. Combat seemed solid but 1 shotting all the enemies and very easily first-trying the first boss without even healing didn't leave a good impression. I don't need the game to be uber hard, but it was so easy that I wondered why bother
>>
>>743251528
>The demo level is a slice of the very beginning of the story, but the developers intentionally unlocked a wide variety of Miyamoto Musashi's mid-to-late game combat capabilities so players could test out his full kit. Because you had advanced tools against low-level, early-game enemies, it threw the balance off.
> In the full release, the deliberate, precise timing required for Issen (instant execution counters) and parries will be vital as enemy aggressiveness and variety scale up significantly in later areas like the Mount Oe stage.

Is doing a little homework that hard for you fuckers?
>>
>>743239573
I thought that all the options to counter the enemies were cool but it was all a bit too easy. It's very freeflow.
>>
>>743250089
its just your standard /v nigger with the classic Capcom derangement syndrome, bro.
these faggots would offer their own mothers as a sacrament to their hecking science gods for a chance to stop and finally kill le big bad meanie crapcum.
>>
>>743254705
But the only games I played this year have been Capcom games lol. RE9 and Pragmata.
