having kind of a shit week lets hide from life in this thread and just talk about video games.recently ive been meaning to finally finish pragmata. also looking into tales of arise i feel like playing an anime game with actually good action combat and a friend told me tales of arise is good im not very into the tales series but it looks kinda cool
i bought the 2023 modern warfare ii on sale on steam and even though i suck at CoD these days its a nice game to blow off steam play a few matches and then turn off. tried the campaign a little and it was kinda cool too.

Kinda annoyed myself trying to get to the feeding ground and forgetting that you need to swim through the hole first.Also, this being ng+, the Headless fight fuck me up to no end. There was one Headless I was missing from my first playthrough. Their attacks cause so much terror thing build-up and it's basically all about managing resources for proestethic tools and items. Hate these guys.

Hate these guys.I envy you I am SHIT at souls games/souls-likes. Of the ones I have tried though Sekiro and Lies of P are the two that i actually got more than a few hours in before rage quitting. I can see the appeal of these kinds of games and im not a sore loser so im not one of those people who thinks they should implement difficulty modes as that ruins the point but I tend to not play them as I feel it will just frustrate me and I prefer to have fun playing vidya not doing some sort of death challenge i must pass
Finally played Inscryption, it was in my backlog since forever. Pretty fun game actually albeit really short.

The main thing I've been playing is the 3DS remake of Dragon Quest Monsters 2. It's genuinely one of the best Monster RPGs ever. I've mostly been trying to breed monsters I don't have yet, putting off progressing through the post-game. My next targets are 2 more Balhibs to make an Overkilling Machine and a Mumboh-jumboe to make a Trauminator.Also, I recently started that EarthBound hack that converts it into Mother 1. It's nice but also real fucking tough.
