I was lied to by the internet about 4x games.I was told how complicated they were, and how you need a college degree to play paradox games effectively, but the ai in these games is beyond dogshit and poses no challenge whatsoever.After you learn the games systems your left with a non challenging easy ass game and are forced to move onto multiplayer for a challenge.Fuck 4x boomers rts are way more deep.
I don't know what you mean by "the internet lied to you" when makers have to mod in extra hard difficulties to make singleplayer challenging
