ive been stuck at this bullshit awful fucking fight for two hours and i dont know what im doing wrongphase one is fine i can very easily and consistently pass it but phase two is the biggest piece of random bullshit attack spam made so you cant get a single hit in without getting hit yourself, there are virtually zero good windows of attack because you cant go anywhere in the arena every teamcherry playtester neeeds to commit seppuku

Just don't be where the bells fall. They're telegraphed pretty hard.

>>743279903Second phase is all about knowing how the bells bounce when coming at the angle and knowing either how to jump over them to attack, or to attack the bells to deflect them. Widow only has like 150 HP at this point and you do 5 damage a hit. So you only need to hit her 30 times, it might seem like a lot, but you should be hitting her 5 times every single time you jump in from her attacks. If you can save your tools for this part of the fight, you'll burst her down quickly as well. Sting Shard does 14 damage per shard if all the hits land and Widow loves to skitter right into them. If you don't like the shard, then Straight Pin is a good option to attack from a safe position. 5 per means a full barrage does 60 damage, meaning only 18 hits. This is of course if you are just playing Hunter Crest, you might get lucky if you are using Wanderer and a crit goes off. I think my last time fighting her, I had three crits in a row, deleted a third of her health.

A Pantheon fight would mean that she would throw THREE diagonal bells and more of the arena would be covered for the vertical, while possibly still having to deal with her pulling up the bells from the bottom at the same time.

They telegraph where they're going on initial entry, and after the first bounce they rapidly spend most of their momentum, so you shouldn't have to worry too much about where they'll land the second time on any horizontal bells. Vertical ones are easiest to just sit still during if you're really THAT pressed.

Silksong bosses are absolutely goated. With some exceptions, they all feel so different, with various levels of precision and chaos. BrAVO TEAM CHERRY NOW DROP THE EXPANSION. Karmelita rode my ass for more than 6 hours by the way.

Thread Storm is really good for this fight since it can protect you from the bells. Otherwise just calm down a bit. Widow does telegraph where the next set of bells are going to fall

What freaks me out is that Hornet actually eats Widow. Like she just gets flat out eaten and her power + abilities adsorbed. Hornet does it to Eva too. She must be stopped.
