The assumption that these would turn the game into mad max is actually a pretty stupid one, mad max road engagements are something the writers force, look at the lawless middle east they have vast expanses of nothing and roads yet MOST battles take place in urban areas. Most of the time people are trying to protect the area they are in not go out and fight on random roads for no reason. Check mate retards.

its just Bethesda's fault because in Fo3 they wanted the game to be a wandering on foot experience. Also they suck at coding so they'd never be able to compete with Halo vehicles in their shitass engine.
