Because the long game is people renting their computing from data center holders. First they buy up all hardware, build all the infrastructure. Then they keep the prices too high and OEMs go bankrupt. Last they'll sell some cheap hardware with too little specs and AI/computing subscriptions. That way they'll own all data about you and you'll be dependent on them.

Legitimately, most Japanese developers do not release physical copies on it at all, limited run stores typically ignore it in favor of Switch and PS4/5, and even western games aren't always physically on it. Hell, some "Series" versions of games are just the Xbone version in a new box but you still have to download the Series version.It truly sucks ass if you want to get any physical games on it let alone actually play on it where screenshots corrupt your instant replay and screenshots don't queue so you just get this error for 5 seconds if you take them too fast, and they auto-delete from your system if you don't have a flash drive or external plugged into your system 24/7.
