I'd like some more western esoteric themed ones too. I think having some mabinogion or older European folklore drpgs would be nice and bring in some of the people who get spooked by anime.
The lead singer of My Chemical Romance has been trying to get people to play Icewind Dale instead of BG3, so feeding some very nice styled DRPGs would be nice. I'd like ones with slightly better writing and character interactions too, as much as I like the Etrian Odyssey flavour of always giving the player sensory based text instead of character text.
