Apparently it is. Most versions that try to solve this problem make it so that if you have absolutely no choice but to take a chance on a 50/50, whatever space you end up choosing will be safe.

Worst part is they did it to the "W" as well. So fucking weird seeing as 6px wide monospace fonts are a solved problem.

The game could auto eliminate some blocks when you're near the end (below a certain amount of blocks opened).
You could also add some extra elements to the game, like usable items (such as a sonar item with limited uses that reveals an area).
