Anyone else sort of confused by the vitriol this game gets here? It's genuinely good and fun to play. It seems most of the rage is subjective shit (the art looks like poop) or it's just a vehicle to vent frustration against Bungie. Playing it, especially with a friend or two, is a fun time. There's a level of threat and the writing is actually quite intriguing and cool. If you liked the stories of the old games theres a fair amount to get through here.I love shadenfreude against shitty studios as much as the next guy so I don't blame anyone for hating or dismissing this game, I'm just curious if there's anything except for surface-level antagonism about it? Like on a design level, is it bad, outside of being an extraction shooter? Genuinely asking, I wouldn't know
