It is funny how Xbox owns Obsidian, Bethesda, and inXile and they are unable to make a new Wasteland and unable to make a new Fallout.
They have even had award winning Baldur's Gate 3 studio, Larian, say that they would be willing to make a new Fallout game. We still do not have one.
