S/V was ambitious and it's hard to say how many of its problems were due to a hasty backport due to Switch 2 launch delays, and there's a world where a second game in that mold is genuinely phenomenal. There's just also a world where Game Freak uses the same models and animations from a fucking 3DS game.
It needs to somehow convince me that it's worth buying a Switch 2. Getting a PC has really spoiled me.
