They already dropped the ball when they released it unfinished and made people pay for fan favorites when the previous title gave you everyone and everything out the box. And all the DLC can't fix the botched gameplay, so it should have been a sequel anyway, and everyone would have coped and accepted it anyway, especially the shills running interference for the first game.
