Ok with enough handy skilled pals fire isn't a problem anymore, they rush to extinguish the fire as fast as there's something burning even if there's a enemy raid goin on. This is really neat, idk if lambals and cativas in a wood base can keep the place without burning but even only 4 lvl5 handy work pals can and gives you enough time to summon water pals.

It's fast, doesn't slow down much while transporting, and is nocturnal so plinks away through backlogs overnight. If a Pal is assigned via the command post thing to a certain "occasional" workstation, like firing the furnace when there's ore to smelt, will they do no work at all on the base and just sit by the furnace waiting for you to drop some ore? Or will they do their other tasks and only prioritize the furnace once there's ore in it?
I'm in the mid 30s and just split my main base into a separate Ingot and Cake Production+Breed Ranch. At this point I have all the stations set up, but my Pals have shit suitability so Cakes take like 30 minutes to make with my shitty Astor running the end furnace. I've paused my game progress right at the point where I started making Assembly Lines and makeshift assault weapons until I can verify that my Cake + I got farming is self sufficient.I just read up on what I was missing on the Condensing system. I went out and caught like 40 chickens and cows so I could LVL3 them for ranch milk and eggs. Do I have to do that every time to eventually get my important suitability guys to decent suitabilities? Or is it faster to just breed them and condense the infants once I have both parents? (Also, what's the best way to get those books that raise suitability levels? Should I just be running dungeons and sensory pinging with Tombot to grind chest spawns)
