how do i stop fuming with rage whenever i feel frustrated in a videogame? i know boomers saying vidya makes you violent were a bunch of pearl clutching tards, but in my case they might be right.
How did you play games growing up? What difficulty? Multiplayer? How did your parents get you to do their bidding?
>>743324427Self-awareness, if you can realize that you are angry that makes it easier to stop being mad. Also getting a good amount of sleep
>>743324427Stop playing multiplayer.
>>743325016the only game i was allowed to play was with my dad and he called it eat the ass but i always lost, i dont remember getting very mad about it though just weird feeling
>>743325220this. always this. never play qith other people, you won't feel inadequate or the sting of some faggot from the moscow soon-to-be-bombed-out hinterlands poking fun at you. just play single player, relax, and play at your own leisure.
>>743325016growing up? never played games until i was 17. my parents never allowed me to play games. and yes, i play the worst, multiplayer f2p, on european servers.
If you’re a high T male, then losing should always make you mad. Sometimes losing one game can ruin my entire day, I played sports growing up and losing was not an option and usually led to a fight. I was basically kicked out the football team in high school for slamming a kids head into a concrete wall, as a kid I was on the swim team and got multiple gold medals and when I lost I would get physically violent. Video games suck because If you see “DEFEAT” it makes you feel like a fucking loser. Video games make me violent because that’s based and I would physically maim anyone on the other side of that screen with my teeth and claw their eyes out before beating them with a baseball bat
