>>743400931it's the cheapest it's ever been for the whole package, and the game does still get updates now and then. they added true co-op and have another update planned before the end of this year.it's just one of the best roguelikes, so when people get sick of the shitty ones flooding the market they can always return to Isaac and go "oh shit yeah I forgot one could feel this good".

>>743403865yeah bro that's why you get a bunch of free treasure rooms and free items from every boss and shops full of items and chests full of items and sometimes just random rooms with bonus items. oh yeah and the default character literally just begins with a reroll you can use to reroll items you think suck. not every item is going to break your run, it's about the way they combine and if you can take advantage of them. people will screech about balance patches when some of the auto win items become auto win slightly less powerfully items, but they do consistently make a lot of the shit items into much better ones.
