>get back from work>watch a movie and fall asleep at 10pm>wake up tired as fuck and suicidal>get back from work>play vidya until 3:30am>wake up extremely refreshed and motivatedanyone else had this happen to them?

>>743404027your brain rests when you do different activities, not necessarily when it's in passive mode. you probably have a useless office job where you stare at a screen with your brain off for 8 hours anyway so watching a movie isn't doing anything to refresh your head.
>>743404027Kinda had this happen just yesterday, but it was modeling in Blender instead of playing vidya. I don't get it either, but I wish that I did so the effects would be reproducible. Sometimes I get 8 hours of sleep and feel exhausted, and sometimes I get 5 hours of sleep and feel great.
>>743404027I wish I could wkae up extremly refreshed and motivated. Every morning is a fucking pain
>>743404027>wake up extremely refreshed and motivated>anyone else had this happen to them? No. Or rather I've had one single morning in my 31 years of life where I felt refreshed and relaxed. I't was a bizzare feeling, until then I didn't even know that you're supposed to feel like that. Apart from that one day, I always feel like shit when I wake up in the morning. Even when I can sleep in as long as I want. I'm extremely tired and fatigued and my whole body hurts. It takes me until mid-day to get awake enough to function.Yes, I've been checked for sleep apnea. Two times, both negative.
Work?
>>743404027you don't actually need more than 4 hours of sleep a night
