Doesn't happen to me. I have all my DRM-free games downloaded on PC.

No future

Let’s be real
If you (and that’s a big if) still have physical media lying around after 25 years you’re about to throw it away anyway. You’re not going to replay that shit and it’s just collecting dust.

I still have my PS2 games collection and regularly replay some every year because I enjoy playing on real hardware the way God intended.
>>

>Microsoft is actively "working" to restore the 25-year-old account of Twitch streamer Joshua Khane after a massive public outcry.

>The image highlights a viral news story from July 2026 where Khane's long-standing Microsoft account was compromised by a hacker. Rather than recovering the account, Microsoft Customer Support permanently suspended and wiped it to "prevent further misuse," erasing thousands of dollars worth of digital Xbox games, OneDrive files, and personal data (such as his son's baby pictures).

Imagine if you're not a famous streamer.
>>
>>743427608
He got his shit back

Reminder that these retards are constantly pushing this shit, intentionally confusing cloudshit and digital gaming to confuse the layman on what rights they have and to strengthen EULAs in uncucked countries like EU members where EULAs are unenforceable if they do not conform to customer expectations of their rights and you are legally permitted to sell perpetual digital software licenses.
>>743428476
Can be circumvented if people actually give a shit. But Denuvo only gets used by shit games, because good games benefit more from piracy than they would lose by having Denuvo and missing out on the free marketing.
>>743428990
>Physical goods only have value for autistic collectors or have copy protection so they can't be backed up

I bet it's fake and just for the drama. Nobody would care if it was just some shitty games

Objection denied, I sentence you to 1,000,000 years CBT and your tardbabble is henceforth stripped from the record.

I mean I downloaded all the games I ever wanted to play and have played before, idk what to do beyond that. Download games I don't wanna play for the shake of rising the file size?

I had a Spotify sub pretty much since the service launched, and I'm Swedish so it was since about 2008. Had lots of playlists that I listened to weekly, often daily. Got banned last year for "suspected fraud", despite never having any issues with paying the subscription. My card had been billed successfully just a few days before even. Contacted customer service. Long story short, no way to give me back access to my account.

At least it was a great wake-up call, and I've since cancelled all my subscription except one. Fuck subscriptions.

Not exactly the same as in OP, but same issue, methinks.
>>
>>743430129
That's kind of sad
I find new games to play every day
Downloading whole sets is even sadder
>>
>>743430185
There's not as many good retro games as you think. Most are Mario clones or FF wannabes. I still try new games every so often but I'd rather just replay the original rather than play a new imposter clone.
>>
>>743429456
Its still playing the game for free, suck it
>>
>>743430129
>this nigga doesn't play anything after the 360 era

HAHA GET FUCKED
>>
>>743430507
It's on Steam nigger. Post 360 emulators also kinda suck with the exception of a few games.
>>
>>743430294
Most games aren't jrpgs nor platformer. Tons of arcade games you're missing out on
>>
>>743429805

Manchild
>>
>>743430507
What. Like The Crew? Games after the 360 era are made with killswitches anyway. You never owned them.

>>
>>743431296
Most games aren't
You can still play the crew thanks to community efforts
>>
>>743427608
>he didn't read the end-user-agreement before clicking "accept"
lmao unc is chopped
>>
Well that's it then. Xbox, Sony, Nintendo and Steam should be shut down.
>>
>>743429984
modern day consolefags will never pirate
they will just buy their games again
