Is it good or just fake good?
good for the ship maneuver gameplaytrash for the quirky bazinga character storyplay in a gendered language to piss off devs
>>743436391It's reddit good
fake good pseudo ludo that tricks you into having false fun
>>743436391It’s genuinely good but you have to enjoy puzzle games with almost no handholding - the devs expect you to be proactive and self driven, or you won’t get very far playing it.So people who just want their games to entertain them without putting much effort in it are very, very quickly filtered.

It's reddit tranny
>>743436391Outer Wilds vs No Mans SkyWhiterun vs Novigradquality vs quantity
>>743436391Best walking simulator of all time. Do not get baited into thinking its anything other than that.
>>743436743This but also all of the puzzles besides one or two are brain dead easy so if you have basic reading comprehension skills and a sense of deductive reasoning you will breeze through the game
>>743436391My former friend who does nothing except play assassin's creed and FIFA and lives on Reddit has that as his favorite game of all time so you tell me
Outer Wilds but for /lit/ to play.
>>743436391Easily in my top 10 vidya, maybe even top 5.If you enjoy exploration and uncovering mysteries, then you'll love it.
>>743436804Literally every game where you can walk is a walking simulator. Are you retarded or how have you not noticed?
Pretty damn good, but the ending fucking sucks and it's just generic feelgood vaguebabble.
>>743437185You wish you were half as smart as you currently are
I once more recommend every Outer Wilds enjoyer to play Pathologic 2/3 (3 is way more time-loopy and puzzle oriented).
>>743436743>you have to enjoy puzzle games with almost no handholdingthis is a joke right? you're being ironic right?outer wilds has no puzzles. it is a (very good) walking simulator. if you keep walking, you will eventually read instructions on what to do next. if you don't know what to do next, you forgot to keep walking to places you haven't walked before.

>>743437313What is that supposed to mean? You think his incredibly intellect burdens him so?
>>743436391>forced soul>fake kino>streamer bait>dull gameplayProbably one of the worst puzzle games ever, unironically
>>743436391it's a masterpieceeach part of it is perfect but you have to possess white man's exploration spirit to enjoy it
>>743436391It's okay. I think it's overrated by a lot of people, but it's definitely not a bad game. A 7/10, definitely not 10/10.But eh, I guess personal preference plays the leading role here. I personally think E33 is a 10/10, but I've seen people claim it's a 7/10. Ce'st la vie.
>>743437397>>dull gameplayhe couldn't unlock the achiev/trophy to land on thje sun station manually
>>743436391it's kino slop
>>743437397>meaningless buzzwords
>>743436391It's really good but only if you play it blind. I wish I could do it again.
I'm enjoying it. The best. Way for me to play is to ensure no time spent playing goes exactly the same even if I do need to revisit areas
>>743436391It's good.>>743436391
slow-burn slopkino(it's actually pretty good, jokes aside)
>>743436391It's great I honestly loved it. What makes it so good is that its an experience and everyone will have a different one, sure the puzzles and story is the same but because you have total freedom from the start as you try to explore and work stuff out it will be in a different order and at different points you'll be like "oh I get it" and those moments when it all comes together are what make it so great and then you're basically totally invested. The game doesn't hold your hand its up to you and if you look stuff up you cheat yourself out of the most fun and rewarding experience.
>>743443870I always think about how it partially stemmed from the directors frustration at what Zelda was becoming at the time.
