Compare to what you mentioned, links; if the dummy blocks you were slow, if it doesn't come out you were fast. You can visually watch for the return to neutral state. I am probably just retarded but wtf do you even do for pressure against a character that has a dp in COTW?At least in SF3 you can do low moves to negate dps on wake up but I don't think there's anything you can do on COTW besides blocking and just let them get up normally since you can react to any meaty attack animation with a dp.
