There is one that looks kind of similar to the peeper that circles around Isaac rather than bouncing find the room though. I might not have known which was which at first glance, but that's not concerning since they're similarly useful. Synthoil and speed ball mixed me up a few times but those show up frequently so I know which one is which now. There's another with a similar off-white color that I see less often that I mixed up too. I probably wouldnt know which other color needle was which of the top of my head either, not that any of those are bad.
