You're either a god marksman longbowman who can consistently get headshots against plated knights, or you have enough faith in a heavy crossbow to 1 shot a knight at very close range. Penetration is unlikely for either case but you might dent the helmet and cause fatal blunt trauma in 1 bolt, or several arrows.
