Also because humans are walking keycards to access Forerunner tech so they are useful in-general. Its still unclear what's exactly the case, but Halo Infinite had some armor pieces that were Covenant made and commisioned by an unknown client, but the Covenant has no augmented humans... Right?Halo is entering its "traitor marines/super saiyan bargain sale/other unique skill players" age. But with everyone copying Spartans after what the Master Chief showed to the universe what a lucky supersoldier can do.Dr. Halsey and the UNSC made and opened Pandora's Box.
