All I'm gonna say is Josep and falcom (as a company) has had bad blood for years and a good part of it is mainly josep's fault. He got blocked by the official Twitter account of falcom for a reason. Falcom's music policy allows anyone to do whatever they want as long as they follow the rules and that hasn't changed at all. Compared to se or others falcom is downright tame.
