Square Enix has to realize that nobody who owns a PlayStation cares about Japanese games, let alone JRPGs. Granted, the Xbox audience isn't much better. On those platforms, people only buy two games a year: FIFA/Madden and CoD. Switch 2 is the definitive platform for Japanese releases and JRPGs these days. Time for SE to get with the times.

But I used to be able to run 4K 60 FPS with DLAA (100%) but had to drop it down to DLSS Quality (66%) to keep 60 FPS. Maybe if I set a custom scale % I could do 70-75%. But it is a hit. There's a lighter version that has a much smaller impact.

Small screens do a lot with a little, and I think Square recognized the preserving the LOD in the foliage was the most important way to make the image pop.I've been traveling away from my PC all year, so the Switch 2 version has been a godsend for me.
