Smash is just fucked. As "soulful" as the game was, Brawl absolutely FUCKED everything up, and the subsequent games have been simultaneously trying to salvage it while also making shit worse with Sakurai's autism for making development as "efficient" as possible.>many stages are just ripped from other games with maybe some slight texture tweaks>also started the "fly around this exact place from the game" stages>most of the "new" trophies are just model rips from other games>new song remixes are from a bunch of different people, so there isn't really a cohesive "style" like previous games>a ton of new music is also just ripped from other games>stickers are just artwork and shit that already existed, and are essentially proto-SpiritsBrawl essentially started everything wrong with the series, and Sm4sh and Ultimate are basically just sidegrades at this point.
