The game is fun but people are glazing it way too hard. Its very much a “it’s something to do” type of game, that is carried by its world and visuals. This game actually got a lot easier after the final boss because you unlock like 500 different upgrade mechanics and you can use every surge ability on a single tank. Kinda feels like a god mode thing now.

Never really played a splatoon game before but its been fun so far I just beat the 2nd big boss guy (the one you need to bring fyre for). Thought the raid timers were a bit tight on survivalist but I think once I got my weapon and gadgets of choice its been a lot easier. Also I dunno if its just me but levelling the other tanks and I'm struggling with the tactical tank the most. Maybe I just need to pick different gadgets and figure out my movement better but the lack of burst movement gadgets feels like it puts me in much scarier situations compared to the other two. Granted I'm playing like a gorilla when I switch back to my tried and true power tank so maybe I'm just relying on crutches too much
