OP's pic is meaningless. The league mechanic is a minigame for new players only. You make a snake starting from the bottom left corner and fill the whole 9 squares. You ignore all the side modifiers and ignore all the modifiers on your charts because they are worthless and the loot is worthless. Attempting to minmax a worthless mechanic meant for newfags is silly.
