What is the best Donkey Kong Country game and why is it Tropical Freeze?
Its DKC2, but Tropickle Cheese is cool too.
Retro really did a good job at the returns duology.

I kinda wish Retro was allowed to finish out Returns as a trilogy and had K. Rools grand return in the third game. But apparently they were working on some weird beastmaster musical rpg.

Nintendo's always had the rights to the kremlings and all the donkey kong characters made during rare's time with the franchise, they just wanted to make new villains for DK to fight, which is what led to the Tiki Tak Tribe, the Snowmads, and the Kremlings absence outside of other nintendo spinoff appearances, like super sluggers or sm4sh on 3DS.
The Tiki Taks were lame. The Snowmads were pretty cool but they lacked the unhinged energy of the Kremlings. Also do Retro just hate the animal buddies?
