What I always thought was funny is Beerus brings up Frieza and when Whis tells him that Frieza was defeated his reaction is a bit strange to me. He was really surprised and shocked that someone defeated Frieza, so for a God of Destruction he must have really thought Frieza was quite powerful compared to other fighters in the universe? Goku actually might have been the only person who could defeat Frieza. If he hadn't of existed, then nobody could have stopped him. Goku was leagues above everyone at the end of the Frieza sage. Given how strong Cell was I just assumed Cell would have easily wiped the floor with Frieza. I actually wonder if 17 and 18 could have easily defeated Frieza? I feel like they could have given that SSJ was easily overpowered by the androids, so that puts it into perspective if 17 and 18 could have just easily one shotted Frieza. 17 and 18 were stronger than SSJ, but not SSJ2. Gohan SSJ2 easily overpowered Perfect Cell, so that just tells you that if Goku had access to SSJ2 then he could have easily destroyed 17 and 18. The power jump between SSJ and SSJ2 was quite massive. What's funny is Kid Buu was able to go toe to toe with SSJ3 Goku, so Kid Buu was quite powerful. It's no wonder Supreme Kai was so afraid of him, plus Buu had no regard for life at all. Hell, Super Buu killed everyone on the planet with one technique in like under a minute, and that wasn't even Buu's final form. It makes me think Buu could have easily killed Perfect Cell. Each new villain was always way stronger than the last one, but that makes sense.
