I think it's because it lost all the allure from the first game. First was fun and it had the whole mystery of who are you, are they dinosaurs or robots? Are you in the past or the future? The fuck happened? All of that shit is answered by the end of the first game and the 2nd game is just some Game of Thrones tier snooze fest about tribes and all this other gay shit you don't care about. The worst part is that they're going to shit out a fucking THIRD game....when they didn't even need a 2nd. They could've stopped after the first game and people wouldve looked back on it fondly as a decent 7-8/10 game. Instead, they'll shit out 3rd and probably some more shitty spinoffs, and people will look at the series and say they should've just stopped after the first game.

>>744537593I have a thing for boring games, particularly gen 7 ones and blades of time was the pinnacle of that for me. The dialogue ranges from generic to retarded and the combat is perfectly mediocre, I barely remember anything about it, I love it.
GTAVI've played worse made games, but it puts me to sleep faster than anything else. And I love the other GTA's.

>>744537593it's pretty obscure, but it was stardust demon for me. it's especially jarring because the platformer game they made before that (mibibli's quest) was actually pretty good. I think it was trying to combine megaman elements with cave story elements that just blew up catastrophically in the game's face, especially the instant death spikes (Cave Story also had instant death spikes, but they weren't everywhere.) Also there were extremely easy reflection puzzles shoved in everywhere and having to stop for them (especially when puzzle elements required ammo for some forsaken reason) bogged the pace down. Unsure if it's improved since I last played it but overall it was just a pretty poor experience.
