Well it's more than enough to kill anything that moves

>during the duel on the plane, the only scenario in which Ocelot's "jammed" bullet on his necklace isn't a blank is if Snake picks the loaded gun but misses Ocelot intentionally

Ocelot's playing so many people that he's unironically and literally playing himself at multiple points too (sometimes with different personalities).
