Strange OG is the most concise experience.
Redux for instance allows you to equip many apps instead of having capacity and Enemy Search giving exp goes against the intended experience (You get nice forma and items but no exp so its no longer as risk reward as the OG).
Also being able to give all team status nulls and endure kinda takes away from bosses gimmicks.

Redux has an impossible difficulty mode on a second play through. I don’t know if the original does the same.

I can't get over the new art. This is really important for immersion and feeling like it that you're in an apocalyptic landscape. I mean, the characters accompany you through the whole game and...it looks lame in the demake. I'm wary of mechanical downgrades.

IIRC in the original DS game you could only have a small number of app buffs on at the same time. in redux you just get all of them at once. Plus the amala labyrinth style dungeon means you're pretty much always overlevelled if you keep up with it
