God eater IS a shitty MH clone, the first game was atrocious at it too. I have been failing with these retards online against Beelzebub. Then I spent like a couple days gearing my other characters for an AI team and after 10ish attempts we cleared him when my online teammates failed 50+ times. Why are the AI so much better than real people? Most games I play the ai suck but in relink they are actually pretty competent.

The AI just has scripted dodges (especially if you put improved dodge and nimble on them) and perfect parries. With just that they become better than 90% of the playerbase, especially in a game where getting hit 1 time is instant death

I absolutely love the game and I prefer it to monster hunter. It made me buy granblue versus because the characters are so appealing to look at. I am thinking of starting gacha but that's probably a terrible idea. I love how the fights are over in 5 minutes instead of 25 and you constantly get to upgrade something all the time instead of praying a monster drops a gem after 4 25 minutes hunts in a row.
