Ill be fair. Is it worth playing now? Im a vic 2 player but I was always more interested in economy so in theory the military thing doesnt bother me as much. Things like lack of any flavor and the game running like fucking ass after 20 years really made me turned off and just going to random vic 2 mods or EU4 again. Is EU5 better than 4 yet? I recall 3 was still better than 4 untill like 3+ years of EU4 DLC support.

Not to be rude or anything but how do people enjoy 4x? The ai is so absurdly bad at the game its just poops out after early game.Not only that but its static and does the same behavior from game to game.There's honestly more rp oppurtunity with a shitty llm than something like ck.

IMO it still has flavor issues, especially the small roster of generic events repeating themselves all the time drives me nuts, but it has got a lot better since launch and I’m not gonna pretend that Vic 2 was perfect either.Careful recommendation to check it out again.
