it's the wrost gta of all the renderware titles IMO, map is small and tight, no room to move, missions and characters are fine until you have to buy property, cars (copters and rc cars also) handle like ass, there are like 60 guns and you can only carry two good ones, the worst radio stations as well, it just had nothing going for it other than maybe the VOs being done by actual actors
