Almost everything about this game has aged poorly. Its gameplay is terrible and repetitive, its humor is unfunny and frankly disgusting, and its story is fucking retarded. It still looks and sounds good though.

It needs context. Imagine you are a teenager in 2001 and have spent the last 5 years of your life most likely playing nothing but N64 games.

The gameplay definitely sucks but the writing is still top tier. Conker always manages to get a laugh out of me.
The multiplayer with friends is still to date among the most fun I've ever had playing vidya. For a while it was up there with Melee, Mario Party, etc for usTotal war > Heist > Beach for me

I just played some Reloaded with the PC port they did and no its still funny even if Reloaded is worse visually/dialogue wise.The only things that are kind of poor taste are maybe the cow shitting itself and then being gibbed or the guy in the electric chair. It could just be me but im fine with the rest of the game.
