Modded, vanilla, it doesn't matter; I can't stop playing this game. It's gotten to the point where I dread playing other games in fear of it taking time away that I could otherwise use to play Skyrim. It isn't until now that I realized this might be a problem..
Devoting yourself to the same daily task for over a decade is nothing unusual. As long as you're having novel experiences in Skyrim and not just replaying the same character with the same decisions, that's fine.
