I almost never play with anybody but the two spiders (love them AND they're great) and alternatively either Aster, Ernest (because I love them too and everybody is good with the proper equipment) Audrey or Dan (useful and Dan is also kinda funny). If there is one underrated character though I think it's Leigh. By the far the best team mate girl IMO.

Cannot relate though, the gender and the look is part of a character for me. Change it and it's not the character anymore. Maybe what they actually like are rather their own female OCs, but they lack the energy or talent to create a story with them and so they just look for personalities that vaguely resemble them to interpret their stuff into them.
