I don’t even know how they could improve upon the first.
by having actual level design
More jumping
they could try making a good game with real objectives instead of 800 copy pasted chores with fucking soulless level design supporting it.
Longer missions
>>744634740Just literally make a big-ass, GTA sized Mario map and that's it.
The design philosphy for this game is perfect for a 3DS game but retarded for home console
Give Mario a gun.
Give me a hard difficulty option for starters. The first game shuns adults away through its literal toddler catered difficulty.Don't jew on the post game, no DLC.60 bucks.
Redesign Mario for a new generation.
>>744635000the nintendo meta has been "hide actually hard content at the very end of the game behind a bunch of busy work"so far the little i have bothered to grind to unlock has not been very hard
>>744634930hmmm anon why didn't you put "perfect for a handheld game" instead of "perfect for a 3ds game"
don't make it a collectathon, the enemy possessing mechanic is the perfect way to make puzzles/objectives for collectibles, make challenges centered around the abilities of the capture
>>744635140dear nintender...
>>744634740my immediate idea would be that mario can possess anything, and everything has some sort of moveset
>>744634740It's not like the same development team did make a sequel one year ago. Nope.
>>744634740better worlds for starters, make the game longer instead of putting 100 moons in a small kitchen
