I was pissed at some broken shit in Palworld at first (bought day 1 EA) but honestly the game's updates have pretty consistently added shit that belongs or makes the game cooler. I remember seeing like 30 seconds of gameplay and immediately buying the game when it first came out. After playing for like 1000ish hours now I describe the game as "video game crack" because of how many solid mechanics they took from other games and combined into one product, it's like super condensed video game fun to the point that I've stayed up for 40 hours straight playing the game multiple times and I can't think of a single other game that has made me do that
